Working with Tension

US$35.00

Tension is a reality - we’ve got a body held together by tension!

Relaxation isn’t exactly the answer - if it were that simple, we’d have solved this problem.

What about different kinds of tension?

There’s the good kind - the kind that keeps our bones and muscles and organs where they ought to be.  Though this is a necessary tension, it can be out of balance.

There’s the bad kind - the kind that keeps our jaw and tongue and abdomen (and anywhere else) from moving freely.

There’s the confused kind - the kind that doesn’t know any better - but can learn!

In this workshop we’re going to address all of these different presentations of tension:

-updating the ‘good’ tension

-freeing the ‘bad’ tension

-educating the ‘confused’ tension
