This is NOT your average breathing for singing workshop! This is an experience for your body and voice, letting your mind take a break from conducting the vocal orchestra.
Mother Nature loves a pattern, and she really loves spirals! They’re everywhere! And they’re everywhere within us from DNA and collagen fibrils to the myofascial continuities that wrap our body.
When your movements align with the true nature of the body you will be amazed at how much more feedback it will provide and how the feedback loop that emerges between perception and action will transform you effortlessly.
This workshop will be filled with easy-to-do wholistic movements that build onto each other - it’s a whole movement curriculum for breath that you could unpack and be creative with. Even your students will enjoy the openness to explore through this lovely lens, connecting them to themselves in a fuller way.
